We take allergies and intolerances seriously. Our kitchen provides a full allergen matrix covering all 14 UK regulated allergens across our menu — and our trained team is always on hand to guide you through it before you order.
Please talk to us before you order
For any allergens and/or intolerances, please speak with one of our trained team and we’ll guide you through the menu, specific dishes, and how they’ll be cooked and handled. All of our team are trained both in-house and complete certified training, so they can offer this advice and guidance with confidence.
We practise safe food-handling and have control points in place to reduce the risk of cross-contamination as much as is possible to do so. During service we have dedicated cooking utensils and equipment to again avoid cross-contamination and reduce risk. And if an allergy and/or intolerance is beyond the major 14, we will still care for you in exactly the same way and with the same seriousness.

We also produce an allergen matrix each week for our specials — just ask your server or call ahead of your booking.
